- The customer fills out the Robot Sole Development Requirement Information Form, clarifying in one go: robot type and total machine weight, motion / ground conditions, environmental conditions, load and geometric interfaces, ground contact / compliance / material performance metrics, test acceptance items and deliverables (3D models, drawings, BOM, test reports).
- RobotSole provides free silence and cushioning test pieces, so customers can test material performance in advance - verification at zero cost and reduced mold-making risk.

Step 2: Solution Development and Verification

- Diagnose pain points based on the requirement form, then complete material selection (rubber / TPV / carbon fiber composite) + structural design (cushioning layer, bionic contours, anti-slip patterns, quick-release interfaces).
