Shenzhen Zhilv Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen - an industrial hub where China's robot enterprises are highly concentrated, right at the forefront of humanoid and quadruped robot R&D.
We are a technical team dedicated to full-chain robot foot sole solutions. Based on over 30 years of human foot shape big data and shoemaking industry chain accumulation, plus dedicated R&D in smart shoes, 3D printing and robot soles, we have bridged traditional shoemaking craftsmanship and robot sole development, focusing on solving common industry challenges for humanoid, quadruped and special robots: soles that detach easily, insufficient cushioning and noise reduction, poor terrain passability, weak wear and slip resistance, the conflict between lightweight design and high strength, and the lack of unified standards.
The company has joined hands with two large sole manufacturing plants in northern China and Guangdong, with over 70,000 m2 of cooperative production bases; it has also reached deep strategic cooperation with the listed company Dawn Co., Ltd. (002838.SZ), sharing a new material R&D laboratory, with full-series material capabilities covering PU, TPR, rubber, TPV and carbon fiber. We can complete one-stop development from requirement research, material testing, structural simulation and real-machine verification to mold development and mass delivery. Customers can fill in the standardized development requirements form and apply for free silence and cushioning test pieces, reducing upfront mold-making trial-and-error costs.
Founder | Chen Weidong (Michael Chen)
A graduate of Beijing Foreign Studies University with 30+ years of sole R&D, production and executive management experience at large footwear enterprises, he has served as CEO of a Sino-foreign joint-venture sole company and deputy general manager of a well-known domestic footwear group; he went to Italy in his early years to study standardized sole manufacturing technology and established digital sole plants in India and Vietnam. He has also cooperated with Microsoft on the human foot shape big data project, deeply engaged in 3D scanning and smart shoe R&D - a rare cross-disciplinary expert spanning shoemaking craftsmanship, sole materials, foot shape databases and 3D printing systems.
In 2024, seizing the wave of the humanoid robot industry and combining AI technology, he assembled the RobotSole team. The team has produced 108 professional technical articles on robot soles; holds 50+ sole-related patents, with more than ten dedicated robot sole patents, and reserves cutting-edge technologies such as quick-release interfaces, multi-modal perception soles, gradient hardness materials and ice-snow anti-slip. It has carried out pre-installation joint R&D with many leading domestic humanoid and quadruped robot companies; all solutions have been iterated and verified over multiple rounds under real working conditions, covering six major application scenarios: humanoid robots, quadruped robot dogs, industrial inspection, medical, and special robots.
